OIL CITY had the first over water oil rigs anywhere. They were (and a few still are) on CADDO LAKE, then known as FERRY LAKE. CADDO LAKE was formed after the huge MISSOURI earthquake backed up the MISSISSIPPI in the early 1800's.

- Thom was born in 1947 in Milwaukee WI, a Vietnam Veteran, and has lived all over the country, but mostly in New York City where he had a picture framing business for many years. Bobby was born in Flemington New Jersey, and lived most of his life in that area before moving to LA. He spent many years in the health care field, before becoming a letter carrier in 1999. Bobby and Thom met on the internet in 2000.
