Outside of the Lincoln Tomb Cemetery in Springfield was a new MUSEUM of AMERICAN FUNERAL TRADITIONS. This display (morbid as it is) was a display of what was once a "home funeral" set up by the funeral director in the home, a tradition abandoned in the 40's.
